The Purge: Playground es un lugar de encuentro, un espacio para depurar tu mente, cagarte en todo, meditar de manera autogestionada y ventilar ideas de mierda con otros como tú, mientras compartes y bebes un sabroso té.
Las piezas surgen a través de una reconstrucción de acciones que parten de la experiencia del propio artista con la depresión y que tienen carácter terapéutico. En esta interpretación Crespo busca plantear nuevas formas cuya estética relacional genere en el espectador métodos de liberar emociones, en un contexto como el actual, en donde se categorizan las mísmas en buenas y malas, bloqueando una buena parte de ellas. Esa represión emocional acaba en problemas que afectan fuertemente a la salud mental individual y colectiva, en un país como España, puntero a nivel global en el consumo de ansiolíticos y antidepresivos, donde el suicidio es la primera causa de muerte no natural, donde se da más valor a la validez curricular e intelectual, que a saber interpretar, socializar y gestionar lo que sentimos.

The Purge: Playground is a meeting place, a space to purify your mind, send to the hell with everything, meditate in a self-managed way and air shit ideas with others like you, while sharing and drinking a tasty tea.
The pieces arise through a reconstruction of actions that start from the experience in groups and exercises of therapy in emotional management. This interpretation seeks to propose new forms whose relational aesthetics generate in the viewer methods of releasing emotions, in a context like the current one, where they are categorized as good and bad, blocking a good part of them. This emotional repression ends in problems that strongly affect individual and collective mental health, with suicide being the first cause of unnatural death, where more value is given to curricular and intellectual validity, than knowing how to interpret, socialize and manage the feelings.
