Pick Pang es la mezcla de dos onomatopeyas, “Ping” y “Pack”, la primera responde a la imitación lingüística del sonido que emite una pelota de ping pong al golpear con una raqueta y la segunda al que hace un bélit al ser golpeado con una cana de madera.
Un diálogo entre dos territorios de la ciudad de Girona: el barrio de Sant Narcís y el distrito que rodea la calle de Roberto Bolaño Ávalos. Ambos lugares se encuentran apartados del resto de la ciudad, el primero por la nueva estación de tren que funciona como muro entre Sant Narcís y el centro de Girona, dando pie a que el barrio construya su propia identidad de supervivencia, tomando el juego del bèlit como una de sus señas de identidad, por otro lado, en plena periferia de la ciudad se encuentra un barrio desierto, fruto de la crisis económica; parque vacíos, parkings sin coches y un número finito de mesas de ping-pong que nadie utiliza son parte de su paisaje.

Pick Pang is the mixture of two onomatopoeia, "Ping" and "Pack", the first is a linguistic imitation of the sound that emits a ping pong ball when is hitting with a racket and the second is the sound a Belit when it's struck with a wooden shovel.
A dialogue between two territories from Girona: the neighborhood of Sant Narcís and the district that surrounds the street of Roberto Bolaño Ávalos. Both places are separated from the rest of the city, the first by the new train station that works as a wall between Sant Narcís and the center of Girona, from this reality the neighborhood builds its own identity of survival, taking the game of bèlit as one of its hallmarks. On the other side of the city in the middle of the periphery there is a deserted neighborhood, the result of the economic crisis; Empty park, car-free car parks and a finite number of ping-pong tables that nobody uses are part of their landscape.
